Some INEC Declared Results

(1) OSUN STATE ELECTION RESULT
* In Osun West, Chairman Senate Committee on INEC and candidate of the PDP, Senator Isiaka Adeleke, lost to Mr. Mudasiru Hussain of the ACN who got 121, 971 votes while Adeleke got 77, 090 votes.

* In Osun Central, ACN candidate and former House of Representatives member, Professor Sola Adeyeye trounced ousted governor of the state, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, to become a senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with 129, 527 votes as against Oyinlola’s 49, 001 votes.

* In Ife,Chairman, Senate Committee on Appropriation, Senator Iyiola Omisore, of the PDP was defeated by ACN candidate and former member, Lagos State House of Assembly, Mr. Babajide Omoworare who got 119, 852 votes to put a lid on Omisore’s third term bid with only 51, 315 votes.

* In Iwo/Ayedire/Ola-Oluwa Federal constituency seat, Liad Tella of PDP lost to Mr. Gafaar Amere of the ACN with 22, 008 votes to 38, 026 votes.

* In Obokun/Oriade federal constituency, Chairman, House Committee on Defence, Mr. Oluwole Oke, lost his bid for a third term as a federal lawmaker to ACN’s candidate, Mr. Nathaniel Agunbiade, who polled 22, 142 against Oke’s 18, 005.

* In Ayedaade/Irewole/Isokan federal constituency, the immediate past Commissioner for Education in Osun state and PDP candidate, Mr. Jelili Adesiyan (Jallo) lost to ACN’s female candidate, Mrs. Ayo Omidiran with 16, 616 votes to 37, 199 votes.

* In Odo-Otin/Ifelodun/Boripe, ACN candidate, Adeyinka Ajayi polled 36, 894 votes against PDP candidate, Mr. Tunde Kajogbola’s 19, 720 votes.

* In Boluwaduro/Ifedayo/Ila federal constituency ACN candidate, Julius Fakeye got 18, 684 votes to defeat his PDP counterpart, Akinloye Balogun, who scored 7, 596 votes while incumbent member representing the area, Mr. Ismaila Kolawole of the Labour Party got 4, 313 votes.

* In Irepodun/Olorunda/Osogbo constituency, PDP candidate, Adetoyese Ojo, lost to ACN candidate, Mr. Lasun Yusuf with 19, 210 votes to 72, 203 votes.

* In Ede federal constituency, comprising Ede North/Ede South/Egbedore, ACN candidate, Mr. Tajudeen Adetunji Ajagbe, polled 46, 989 votes to defeat PDP candidate and incumbent Rep member in the area, Mr. Bade Falade, who has 28, 184 votes.

*In Atakumosa East/Atakumosa West/Ilesa, ACN candidate, Mr. Famurewa Ajibola floored his PDP counterpart, Chief Ogunleye Joshua with 52, 148 votes to 5, 546 votes.

(2) OGUN STATE RESULT
* House of Reps Speaker, Dimeji Sabur Bankole of the PDP lost to Olusegun Williams of ACN by 23, 103 votes to 28,490 votes in Abeokuta central federal constituency

* In Ogun East Senatorial District, former deputy governor, Adegbenga Kaka polled 76,543 votes to emerge winner

(3) OYO STATE RESULT
* In Oyo South, Chief Olufemi Lanlehin of the ACN polled 127,691 votes to emerge senator-elect

* In Oyo Central, Ayo Adeseun of the ACN also polled 105,975 votes to emerge senator-elect
