Manchester United's home league game against Chelsea has been moved to Sunday 8 May (16:10 BST).
The match was originally scheduled to take place on Saturday 7 May but will now be played 24 hours later and screened live on Sky Sports.
Meanwhile, the Reds' trip to face Blackburn Rovers the following weekend has been earmarked for a 12:45 kick-off on Saturday 14 May.
However, should Sir Alex's men be involved in the FA Cup final against Bolton Wanderers or Stoke City, the match will be rearranged for Tuesday 17 May (19:45).
Regardless of the date and time, the action will be shown live on Sky Sports.
