Sky Sports News has just brought us some transfer news "to get the pulses racing" (their words, not mine). Their shoutiest presenter has claimed that Manchester City are closing in on a deal worth £20million to sign Samir Nasri, the Arsenal midfielder who's been continuously linked with United and in What The Papers Say. Our 'noisy neighbours' have been quiet in the transfer market so far this summer - is this all about to change?
